Dr. Bijan Zardouz is a board certified neurologist, and a highly qualified expert witness as it pertains to the field of neurology, neurophysiology, and traumatic brain injury (TBI). Dr. Zardouz has been a forensic expert in a wide variety of medical-legal cases, and has served as an Agreed Medical Evaluator (AME), Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), and Independent Medical Examiner (IME). He has the knowledge to analyze medical-legal documents in depth and give the best possible presentation in depositions and trials and he has attended 9th Circuit Court Of Appeal. He has completed thousands of IMEs and record reviews. He also has extensive deposition and trial experience.

Diana Zardouz, D.D.S.
Board Certified Dentist
Dr. Diana Zardouz is a board certified dentist and a highly qualified expert as it pertains to the field of dentistry. Her day-to-day dental practice consists of: exams/xrays, teeth cleanings/ periodontal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, crowns, veneers, fillings, bonding, inlays, onlays, bridges, orthodontic treatment/clear aligners, whitening, night guards, extractions/bone graft, implants, dentures, root canals, sleep apnea, TMJ and various dental traumas. Dr. Zardouz is a member of the ADA (American Dental Association) and the CDA (California Dental Association). She has been a member of the Peer Review Committees at the OCDS (Orange County Dental Society) and LADS (Los Angeles Dental Society), which handles disputes between dentists and patients regarding dental work that was performed. Dr. Zardouz is continuously taking CE courses in all fields of dentistry to keep her clinical skills at the highest level of excellence. She has performed many independent medical examinations (IMEs) and record reviews as it pertains to the field of dentistry and dental trauma.

Shawn Zardouz, M.D.
Board Certified Neurologist & Pain Management Specialist
Dr. Shawn Zardouz is the only physician in Newport Beach and one of approximately 400 physicians in the country who is double board certified in pain medicine and Neurology. Dr. Zardouz began his studies at Johns Hopkins University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and graduated with a distinction in biomedical research. He completed his medicine internship at Loma Linda University Medical Center where he was named intern of the year. He then completed his neurology residency at University of California San Diego (UCSD). He stayed an additional year to complete his pain medicine fellowship at UCSD, which is regarded as the top fellowship program in the country by the American Academy of Pain Medicine. He is a highly qualified expert in the fields of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), chronic pain, RSD/CRPS, back and neck pain, whiplash, post-concussion syndrome, whiplash, and various neuropathy conditions.
